Discipleship Team
One of the core ministries of Jesus while He was here on earth was teaching and training. In Matt 28:18-20, Jesus commanded us to go to all the nations and make disciples of them. Victorious family parish is a family church for all nations committed to breeding excellence and awaking destinies. Through the scriptures, destinies of men as designed by God will be unlocked. The directorate oversees training in the following areas:
Adult Sunday school classes:
This is a 30- 45 minute session of topical examination of the bible with the intention of establishing scriptural doctrines. Weekly lessons are covered addressing different topics using a study manual. Teaching is both didactic and interactive and on a quarterly basis, there is a quiz to assess the level of understanding of students. All members are encouraged to be a part of a class and to grow by using the daily reading guide scriptures and memory verse in private study. The classes hold between 10.00 – 1045.am before the start of Worship service and from 10.00 - 10.30am on the first Sunday of the month.
Baptismal classes
After an encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ, a new birth is experienced. Such an individual is said to be born again and could be likened to a young growing baby. Baptismal classes are classes that are designed to help the young Christian develop in faith in God. Core doctrinal beliefs and Christian concepts such as water baptism, forgiveness, and repentance from sin, restitution, living victoriously the new life among other topics will be taught. These classes are open to all who are new to the faith and will like to progress on to the stage of being baptised in water in line with the injunction of the Lord Jesus Christ. Worker in training
After baptism of the new believers, it is expected that they will now be ready and willing to serve the Lord with the gifts and grace that he has bestowed upon their lives. To prepare the prospective workers for this phase of service, training and orientation courses have been designed. They run for a six-week period at a time and are very enriching. These classes are open to newly baptised believers or those who have been baptised for a while and are now looking to serve God sacrificially with their time, knowledge, resources and abilities. Children’s church
At Victorious Family Parish, we believe that every child is special and unique, they are people of great potential who need to be trained, nurtured and encouraged to be the very best they can be in every area of life in the light of God’s word. To this end, the children’s church is divided into various age groups and a combination of learning experiences suitable to their age delivered by qualified and committed volunteers. All members are required to send their children to the children church. Light refreshments are served in the course of the service.

This is the information technological arm of the church from which various resources can be obtained. They ensure regular updates of the church website.
Welfare Department
This team is in place to support members who are going through challenging times in the church.
Protocol
This team is involved in the transport and provision of comfort for all guests to the church. They arrange for the pick up and travel of these guests as well as their safe journey back to their base.

The Choir -Victorious Voices [VV]
This team has been in existence since the birth of the Parish and lead the church in serenading heavens with praise and worship of the Almighty God. Victorious Voices consists of singers and instrumentalists who have been called by God to serve in His vineyard. The goal of the team is to win souls through songs.
Recruitment to the team is two-prong: completion of application form and auditioning for selection to the team.
Audio Visual
This is a dedicated and committed team responsible for Video, CD, DVD, and Tape recording, sound mixing and duplicating these for sale to VFP internal and external markets.
The team’s goal is take advantage of technological advancements in breaking down barriers and reaching a much wider audience, much wider than congregants within the church building, with the message of Christ.
Engineering Corps
The Engineering Corps consists of dedicated young volunteers who act as caretakers of church equipments, freighting equipment to and from church function venues, setting-up equipment, sound testing etc.
They are responsible for all audio sound systems ensuring they are in perfect working order.
Gospel Dance and Chorography
This is a new Ministry, which communicates the Gospel through the art form of dance.
The team is devoted to proclaiming the joy that comes through having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and promoting the Christian dance through instructional videos and workshops.
Dance and Choreography pieces are used as expression of worship of God. Dance is a universal language that carries a universal message of joy and we hope to capitalise on dance as a worship tool.
Drama
Drama is an art and can be used as a form of worship, get the gospel message across to all and sundry. As we all know Jesus Christ himself used the art of storytelling to illustrate his messages
Scripts are written to convey the Christian message in different styles using Biblical passages or Life applications. They are suitable for performance within a church service or at events where people are set for a major change in their lives for instance at revival programmes, outreach programmes etc.
The major thing the Drama ministry needs are the scripts, costumes and creative technical people to be in charge of stage management and directing.
Media / Communications
The team is just been constituted. The team will be instrumental in placing VFP on the airwaves in our efforts to reach the whole world with the message of Christ.
We pray and are confident that God will continue to grant us favour and wisdom to do his work in Jesus name - AMEN!

The main objective of the outreach team is to ensure that Victorious Family Parish complies with the directives of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to as stated in –Matthew 28:19-20 and Mark 16:15-20. "Go Ye into all the World and Preach the gospel to all Creatures"
